Crisis committees break from the traditional mold of the signature general assemblies with fast paced discussion that have immediate impacts within the simulation. Delegates will have the opportunity to run through the course of the conflict by using their portfolio powers, communiqués, and other powers to craft their own novel resolutions.

Celine Cheung ('25) is a a senior at Boston University Academy and this will be her fourth year involved in BUAMUN. She enjoyed being a vice-chair for IAEA during her freshman year, a co-chair for DISEC her sophomore year and a chair for the Good Guys committee in the Spiderverse crisis last year. Outside of MUN, she plays basketball, sings, and is part of the yearbook staff. Celine looks forward to a great BUAMUN year and may the odds be ever in your favor!
