Crisis committees break from the traditional mold of the signature general assemblies with fast paced discussion that have immediate impacts within the simulation. Delegates will have the opportunity to run through the course of the conflict by using their portfolio powers, communiqués, and other powers to craft their own novel resolutions.

MEET THE DIAS
V Woolf ('25) is a sophomore at BUA, and they have been participating in MUN since 5th grade. In their free time, they play the double bass for the New England Conservatory's JRO. If not practicing their music, they also read, figure skate, and study mythology. V works at the farm they live on and shows sheep and goats nationally. They chaired BUAMUN last year as a freshman and are extremely excited to be a chair once again. They are ecstatic to officially welcome you to BUAMUN XI!

Yiannis Asikis ('25) is a sophomore at Boston University Academy and is excited for BUAMUN XI to begin! Living in Brookline, he enjoys playing tennis, swimming, & volleyball with friends. At school, he leads the Family Game Night club and hopes to lead the Greek Culture Club in tenth grade along with his peers. He was a staffer for the Avatar Water x Earth sub-committee last year, and he cannot wait to be a vice-chair for the Phineas and Ferb committee!
