Crisis committees break from the traditional mold of the signature general assemblies with fast paced discussion that have immediate impacts within the simulation. Delegates will have the opportunity to run through the course of the conflict by using their portfolio powers, communiqués, and other powers to craft their own novel resolutions.

MEET THE DIAS
Angelina Tahn ('2_) is a sophomore at Boston University Academy, and this will be her second year with BUAMUN. Outside of BUAMUN she attended conferences CMUNCE (Columbia Model United Nations Conference and Exposition) and BOSMUN (Boston University Model United Nations) and is apart of Model UN club at BUA. She is also a part knitting club, and enjoys cooking and baking in her free time.

Nicole Hadar ('27) is a freshman at Boston University Academy and this will be her first year participating in the organizing of BUAMUN. Her interest in Model UN began in middle school while attending the Park School. There she spearheaded the organizing of the new club and watched it grow during her three years. Outside of MUN, Nicole ski races, plays tennis, and loves baking in her free time.
