*If the conference fills up sooner than 10 November 2012, we will implement a waiting list for interested delegations.

Delegations are strongly encouraged to pre-order conference T-shirts with their registration. T-shirts are $10/shirt when pre-ordered, and $15/shirt at the conference.

Payments must be postmarked within 30 days of registration or else the delegation will be charged a $25 late fee. If payment has not been made 45 days after registration then it will be assumed that the school is not attending and their registration will be dropped.

The delegation fee and 25% of the delegate fees are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be made by October 20, 2012. After that date no refunds will be allowed.
