Crisis committees break from the traditional mold of the signature general assemblies with fast paced discussion that have immediate impacts within the simulation. Delegates will have the opportunity to run through the course of the conflict by using their portfolio powers, communiqués, and other powers to craft their own novel resolutions.

Celine Chung '25 Chair |
Celine Chung ('25) is a a junior at Boston University Academy and this will be her third year involved in BUAMUN. She enjoyed being a vice-chair for the IAEA during her freshman year, as well as co-chairing DISEC last year. Outside of MUN, she plays basketball, sings and is part of the yearbook staff. Celine looks forward to a great BUAMUN year!

Suzanna Luptakova ('24) is a joyful jiving junior at BUA. A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far, away, she was a staffer for BUAMUN IX and participated in Montessori Model UN (MMUN) in 7th and 8th grade. She enjoys eating, investigating people, and playing cards. At BUA, she enjoys expanding her brain with knowledge, playing with balls (specifically basketballs and volleyballs), hanging out with friends, and discussing philosophy. She is delighted to be a Vice-Chair for BUAMUN XI’s Star Wars committee (pew pew!).
