Crisis committees break from the traditional mold of the signature general assemblies with fast paced discussion that have immediate impacts within the simulation. Delegates will have the opportunity to run through the course of the conflict by using their portfolio powers, communiqués, and other powers to craft their own novel resolutions.

MEET THE DIAS
Georgie Linscott ('26) is a sophomore at Boston University Academy. She has loved participating in Model UN since 6th Grade, and attended BUAMUN thrice as a middle schooler. in her Freshman year, Georgie co-chaired a committee on economic sanctions the world faced in the aftermath of COVID-19, and is a dedicated member of the BUA Model UN team. In her free time she enjoys listening to her records, playing piano, learning Russian, watching pop culture video essays, sailing, the ocean, swimming, occasionally reading old books, California, and wearing sunglasses.

Mason Chung ('27) is a freshman at Boston University Academy. This will be his first year as part of the BUAMUN committee. Beside MUN, Mason spends most of his time playing sports or other games with his friends, reading, and hanging out with his parents.
